Description

Enzo Bartoli's Nebbiolo originates in the hilly area of the Langhe, renowned for its captivating landscapes and soils ideally suited for high-quality viticulture. Nebbiolo, one of the oldest native grape varieties in Piedmont, displays an elegant and distinctive profile in this wine, successfully combining tradition and the unique character of the area.

The harvest takes place at the beginning of October, followed by a traditional red wine vinification process with fermentation in stainless steel, aimed at preserving the varietal characteristics and the fruit's freshness.

It has a red colour with violet highlights. On the nose, notes of cherries in liqueur and violets emerge, accompanied by delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it is balanced, with present tannins and a finish reminiscent of typical red fruit notes.

It pairs perfectly with savoury dishes based on red meats and aged cheeses.
