Description

The Langhe Tiradòss from L"Astemia Pentita is an authentic and straightforward red wine that originates from the Langhe hills, a territory dedicated to the production of wines with great character. Made from indigenous grape varieties, this wine represents the essence of local rural tradition, in a winemaking expression that combines simplicity and quality with a straightforward and sincere soul.

The winemaking process involves a quick maceration of 8-10 days, followed by aging in steel tanks with a brief passage in barriques. This process allows the preservation of freshness and fragrance, while balancing structure and softness.

In appearance, it presents an intense red color with violet hues. The bouquet is fresh and fragrant with delicate floral notes of violet and well-defined fruity hints. On the palate, it is round and harmonious, with medium structure, well-polished tannins, and a balanced finish that recalls crunchy fruit.

Perfect with cured meats or medium-aged cheeses.
