Description
Lazio Bianco Ferentano di Falesco was born in vineyards located in the Montefiascone area, in Lazio.
It is produced exclusively with Roscetto grapes, an ancient native grape variety typical of the area. The grapes are harvested towards the end of September, then undergo a cryomaceration process for 8 hours at 8 ° C and are fermented at 13-15 ° C first in steel and then in barriques. The wine then ages in barriques for about 4 months and rests in the bottle before being marketed.
Ferentano is a wine with a wide range of olfactory sensations, ranging from fruity notes of banana and pineapple to vegetable sensations, with a pleasant vanilla undertone. The taste is soft, rich and full, with an excellent, long and pleasant persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, this wine is ideal to accompany appetizers and dishes based on fish and vegetables.
