Franciacorta DOCG Satèn Le Quattro Terre Franciacorta

The Franciacorta Satèn of the Le Quattro Terre company comes from vineyards located in the Brescia municipality of Corte Franca, in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG.

It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages in barriques for 30 months, 24 of which on the lees. This is followed by sparkling wine according to the canons of the Classic Method which involves refermentation and further refinement of 36 months in the bottle.

The Satèn of the Le Quattro Terre company it is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a balanced vanilla scent, enriched with pineapple notes, typical of the Chardonnay grape variety. In the mouth it reveals effervescent and endowed with an enveloping creaminess.

It is excellent to serve with raw fish dishes such as sushi and sashimi, typical of Japanese cuisine. It is ideal in combination with white meats and fresh cheeses.
