Description

This Lugana is made from Trebbiano di Lugana (Turbiana) grapes grown on clay soils in the vineyards of Podere Selva Capuzza, an area historically devoted to the production of white wines with great expression. The varietal identity is authentically expressed through meticulous care in every stage of production, aimed at enhancing freshness and immediate palate appeal.

The grapes are hand-picked and exclusively vinified in stainless steel, a choice that preserves the varietal and territorial characteristics. The fermentation process occurs at a controlled temperature to keep the primary aromas intact, and the wine is bottled after a brief aging in steel to ensure clarity and purity.

In appearance, it is a bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose, it is fine and harmonious, with a delicate floral bouquet, notes of fresh white fruit, and freshly cut grass, all enveloped in a pleasant minerality. On the palate, it confirms the freshness perceived on the nose, resulting in a sleek, savory wine that is immediately drinkable, with a clean and refreshing finish.

Perfect when paired with light dishes such as vegetables, grilled white meats, or fish, as well as medium-aged cheeses.
