Description

The Passerina di Fazi Battaglia rises from the company vineyards located on the sunny hills of the Marche.

It is obtained from Passerina grapes, harvested with a careful selection of the best bunches, subjected to a soft pressing with whole berries. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C, after which the wine ages on the noble lees in order to acquire greater crispness and flavor.

Straw yellow in color, it expresses delicate aromas of peach and apricot, which are joined by hints that recall hay and white pepper. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, closing on a pleasantly fruity finish.

This white is indicated in the company of marinara risotto but also in combination with fish and shellfish.
