Marche IGT Passerina Villa Angela 2016 Velenosi

The Marche Passerina Villa Angela di Velenosi was born in the vineyards located in Ascoli Piceno.

It is produced exclusively with Passerina grapes, harvested by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13-15 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers at a controlled temperature of 10 ° C for 15 months, to preserve its aromatic heritage.

Passerina Villa Angela is characterized by a bright yellow color with soft golden reflections. The nose opens with floral hints of linden and hawthorn, which express roundness and fullness, and has pleasant fruity notes of pear, cedar and ripe grapefruit, which give freshness. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and with a brilliant flavor.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fries, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and soups.
