Description

The Maremma Toscana Bianco Acquadoro of Tenuta la Badiola was born in the Ponente vineyard, located in the Fattoria di Acquagiusta, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

It is produced exclusively with Viognier grapes, rigorously harvested by hand. Vinification takes place by pressing the grapes at very low pressures. Fermentation and aging take place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

Acquadoro is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense spicy and balsamic notes, enriched with hints of broom flowers and myrtle. On the palate it is elegant and delicate, with a roundness of alcohol and acidity that gives balance and persistence.

Perfect to accompany appetizers and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
