Description
The Ballarino is born from the Valdonica Winery vineyards, immersed in the nature of the Tuscan Maremma.
Produced exclusively with Vermentino grapes, harvested and selected manually, after resting for six months in steel, this wine is left to rise in oak barriques for as many months, where it develops its organoleptic characteristics. Following this, it ages in the bottle for at least a year.
Ballarino is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. This white expresses interesting and inebriating aromas of Mediterranean scrub, with floral, citrus and mineral notes that emerge with each passing minute. In the mouth it proves savory, fresh and well balanced, with an important citrus return that accompanies towards a finish of excellent persistence.
Perfect with white meats, also fried, and appetizers, it also goes very well with soft and fresh cheeses.
