Description
This Blanc La Croix from Château Peyrassol is a white wine mainly made from Rolle grapes and a small portion of Ugni Blanc, cultivated according to organic principles. The production respects the tradition and enological excellence of Provence, carefully selecting the best terroirs and sharing best practices with partner winegrowers to ensure an authentic and refined product.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the aromatic freshness. The aging process, short and conducted in stainless steel on fine lees, helps maintain the fruit expression and liveliness of the wine, enhancing its organoleptic profile.
Visually, it presents a bright color with delicate golden reflections. On the nose, it opens with elegant floral notes, followed by intense hints of fresh grapes that give the wine richness and complexity. On the palate, the freshness is expressed with finesse, culminating in a seductive finish characterized by citrus nuances.
It pairs perfectly with citrus sea bass ceviche, fresh goat cheese salad with grapes and walnuts, or seared scallops with celery cream.
