Description

The Cuvèe Reserve Extra Brut of Cruzat is born in vineyards located in the magical Valle de Uco, in the extraordinary Argentine region of Mendoza, known for the production of the highest quality wines.

It is produced 75% with Pinot Noir and 25% with Chardonnay grapes, harvested during the month of February of the 2007 and 2008 vintages (this sparkling wine is a Cuvèe of the wines produced in the 2007 and 2008 vintages). After a soft pressing and a static decanting of the must, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in contact with the yeasts for about 18 months.

Cuvèe Reserve Extra Brut is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, with pleasant hints of peach, pineapple and tropical fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, soft and decisive. The wine has a delicately fruity aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany fish and seafood dishes, it is ideal in combination with first courses and white meats.
