Description

The Gran Reserva di Septima is born in vineyards located on the gentle slopes of the wonderful Andes, in the famous Tupungato Valley, in the heart of the Mendoza region.

Half of the grapes undergo pre-fermentation and maceration at low temperatures (5 ° C) for 7-10 days. Subsequently, fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. The second part of the grapes undergoes 50 micro-vinifications: in whole bunches, in co-fermentation, in new barrels, with various types of yeast etc. For aging, French and American oak barrels are used for 18 months.

It is characterized by a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with fresh aromas of cherries, strawberry jam, watermelon and red fruits, enriched with pleasant notes of rosemary. On the palate it is fresh and pleasantly light.

It is characterized by a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with aromas of cherries, blueberries and violets, and then reveals notes of caramel, chocolate, vanilla and nuts. The taste is soft, with sweet tannins and a long persistence.
