Malbec Daily by Marraso is an Argentinian red wine from the Mendoza region, made from Malbec grapes with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts to preserve the wine’s freshness and straightforward fruit character. Where does it come from?
Mendoza’s vineyards are located at the foot of the Andes, in the region renowned for a centuries-old winemaking tradition. The area efficiently expresses international varieties such as Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.
How is it made?
The grapes are hand-harvested and selected in the vineyard to ensure the highest quality and integrity. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months in the same tanks, allowing the fruit to maintain its freshness and purity.
