Description

What kind of wine is it?

Malbec Daily by Marraso is an Argentinian red wine from the Mendoza region, made from Malbec grapes with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using only indigenous yeasts to preserve the wine’s freshness and straightforward fruit character. The style is approachable, with soft tannins and a balanced body, perfect for those seeking an authentic and easy-drinking wine.

Where does it come from?

Mendoza’s vineyards are located at the foot of the Andes, in the region renowned for a centuries-old winemaking tradition. The area efficiently expresses international varieties such as Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.

How is it made?

The grapes are hand-harvested and selected in the vineyard to ensure the highest quality and integrity. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 4 months in the same tanks, allowing the fruit to maintain its freshness and purity. The entire winemaking process is certified vegan and upholds quality standards.

Tasting notes

On the nose, ripe plums, blackberries, and subtle hints of red fruit emerge. The palate reveals a medium body, velvety tannins, and lively acidity. The finish is harmonious and persistent, with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Food pairings

Malbec Daily pairs well with grilled red meats such as lamb or ribeye steak and complements gourmet burgers. Its structure supports flavorful and smoked dishes, while also being versatile enough for aged cheeses and rich pasta dishes.

When to serve

Serving at 16–18°C is generally recommended to highlight the fruity and fresh qualities. It is best enjoyed young to preserve its vibrancy. Its versatility makes it ideal for informal gatherings and convivial occasions, offering a balanced style for immediate enjoyment.
