Meursault AOC Les Clous 2018 Bouchard

The Mersault Les Clous by Maison Bouchard Père & Fils is produced in the famous Mersault area with 100% Chardonnay grapes.

With vineyards grown on calcareous marls similar to those present in Corton-Charlemagne, the harvested grapes are vinified with an aging of 8-10 months in wood, with a percentage of 10% of new wood, and partly aged in steel for 2- 3 months.

Intense straw yellow in color, it offers a nose rich in white flowers and yellow pulp fruits such as apricot and peach accompanied by a beautiful minerality. Fine on the palate, it is enveloping and rich without losing elegance and with a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany marinated fish or grilled white meats, it is also ideal with vegetarian lasagna and grilled vegetables.
