Description

The Passito Bianco Anthos di Erste + Neue comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Caldaro on the Wine Route, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced with Moscato Giallo grapes and with Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested only by hand at the end of September and left to dry until the beginning of January. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, interrupted once the desired sugar residue is reached.

The Passito Bianco Anthos from Erste + Neue has a straw yellow color. The nose opens with fragrant aromas that recall dried fruit. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with a pleasant structure and persistence.

Perfect to accompany refined desserts made with honey and dried fruit, this sweet wine is ideal in combination with foie gras and tasty cheeses.
