Description

Modena Pignoletto Ancestrale by Francesco Bellei was born in Cristo di Sorbara, in the municipality of Bomporto, the Lambrusco di Sorbara terroir.

It is produced exclusively with Pignoletto grapes, grown on the farm. Through the research and experience of the cellar in the production of the Classic Method, this wine represents the reinterpretation of the method of refermentation of bottled wine.

The Ancestral Pignoletto is characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense aromatic bouquet, with elegant aromas of white flowers. On the palate it is pleasantly creamy and evanescent, with a long aromatic persistence.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats, fries and vegetables.
