Description

The Baciòlo was born in the splendid hilly setting of the Valdonica Winery company, located in the province of Grosseto, in the south of the Tuscan Maremma.

This wine is made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, harvested and harvested entirely by hand. After the vinification processes, the product is left to rest for 2 years in medium toasted oak barriques and then move on to aging in glass for another 12 months. This is to stabilize and balance the impressive organoleptic components of the wine.

The Baciòlo has a ruby red color, with slightly garnet reflections. It opens to the nose with an elegant scent of cherry and plum, to then propose delicate notes of black pepper and vanilla, with light sensations of leather. In the mouth it shows a great structure and excellent softness, perfectly balanced by firm but smooth tannins that give finesse and long life to this wine.

Perfect in combination with stewed and roasted meats, it also goes very well with red meats not too rare.
