Description

Paolo Saracco's Moscato d'Asti is a sparkling sweet wine born on hilly vineyards, between 300 and 500 meters above sea level, characterized by mixed soils of sand, limestone and silt. The company has specialized for years in the production of Moscato d'Asti, of which this is the most classic version.

Once the grapes are harvested and taken to the cellar, the must is obtained with a soft pressing from which the purest juice of the Moscato grape is obtained. It is fermented in steel vats kept at a controlled temperature, before being microfiltered and bottled.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections and a delicate perlage, the wine reveals to the nose all the aromaticity of the grape, with aromas of white and orange flowers, citrus fruits, white peach, white melon and herbs. The sip is lively and appetizing, juicy and fresh.

Moscato d'Asti di Saracco is ideal in combination with long-leavening desserts, such as brioche and the classic pandoro and panettone, or with dry and cream pastries, fruit tarts and spoon desserts, from creme caramel to bonet.
