Description

What kind of wine is it?

Moscato d’Asti Canti is a sweet and aromatic white wine made from Moscato grapes, offered in the Summer Line. It has a fresh and immediate style, with balanced sweetness and a light liveliness that makes it suitable both as an aperitif and at the end of a meal, maintaining a convivial and elegant profile.

Where does it come from?

It originates in Piedmont, in the Asti area, a territory historically linked to the aromatic expression of Moscato in its sweet and low-alcohol version. The Piedmontese origin can be recognized in the clarity of its aromas and the smoothness on the palate, in line with the identity of Moscato d’Asti.

How is it made?

Vinification takes place in a controlled manner to enhance the grape's natural aromaticity. The sparkling process takes place in an autoclave using the Martinotti method, with careful temperature management. Fermentation is halted at low alcohol content to preserve residual sugars, varietal aromas, and the typical gentle effervescence. There is no wood aging for this label.

Tasting notes

In the glass, it appears golden yellow with greenish highlights, brilliant and clear. On the nose, it is intensely floral, with notes of acacia and jasmine. The palate is sweet and aromatic, supported by pleasant freshness and delicate effervescence that harmoniously accompanies the finish.

What does it pair with?

It is ideal as an aperitif when a sweet and fragrant wine with an easy drinkability is desired. At the table, it naturally pairs with fresh fruit and desserts, especially less structured sweets, where the balanced sweetness and floral profile remain in harmony.

When to serve it?

It is perfect for light and pleasant social gatherings, from the beginning of the meal to the end of the meal with fruit and desserts, even on festive occasions. To highlight its fragrance and aromatic precision, it is advisable to enjoy it when floral aromas and freshness are most evident.
