Fritz Haag's Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese comes from the best vineyards located in the heart of the Moselle.

The bunches used for the production of Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese are harvested late in order to allow the development of the noble mold, Botrytis Cinerea, which implements a concentration of the substances contained inside the grape and gives greater softness.

The color of this Riesling is very intense and bright straw yellow. The perfume is of citrus and exotic fruit, with mineral hints of great elegance. As is the taste, fine and complex. The entry into the mouth is soft and enveloping, in excellent balance with the lively freshness that emerges to finish the sip and which remains in a pleasantly citrine long trail.

Perfect as an accompaniment to medium-high seasoned cheeses or smoked fish. Of great satisfaction when combined with a smoked trout fillet.
