Description
Mott Carè is a wine born on the beautiful hills of Lake Maggiore.
It is produced 100% with Malvasia Aromatica grapes affected by Botrytis Cinerea, noble mold that affects the bunches when they are still on the vine and which allows to obtain full-bodied wines with an intense taste. The grapes are left on the plant until the mold begins, harvested in mid-November and then fermented at controlled temperatures.
Mott Carè is a straw yellow wine with elegant golden reflections. Persuasive and complex, its bouquet ranges from candied fruits to floral notes, then expressing the rich and vegetable contribution of noble rot. In the mouth it is fresh, balanced, with a gentle residual sugar.
Particularly suitable in combination with spiced pastry, this wine is also ideal to accompany hard or spicy cheeses.
