Description

Dürnberg's Riesling Falkenstein was born in the famous wine-growing area of Weinviertel in Lower Austria.

It is obtained from pure Riesling grapes, harvested entirely by hand. After a short period of maceration in contact with the skins, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Straw yellow with medium intensity, it opens to the nose with a fresh and mineral bouquet, with hints of peach and dried apricot. In the mouth it proves lively, juicy and well balanced.

Perfect in the company of smoked fish and traditional Asian dishes prepared in sweet and sour, it is excellent with risotto.
