Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG I Quadri 2015 Bindella

The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano I Quadri di Bindella was born in the Vallocaia Estate, located on the hills of Montepulciano, in Tuscany.

It is produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes, fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25-28 ° C and macerated on the skins for 15-18 days. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, then rests in the bottle for 6 months before being marketed.

The Nobile di Montepulciano I Quadri is a ruby red wine. The bouquet is intense, with hints of blackberry and dried rose and pleasant nuances of spices, tobacco and leather. On the palate it reveals its rich and voluminous structure.

Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with mushroom dishes and aged cheeses.
