Nut Birra Divina Birrificio Agricolo Zago
Description
Nut from the Zago brewery
Nut is an amber beer from the Zago brewery, founded in 1978. The brewery produces non-pasteurized or filtered craft beers. The labels of this line of beers are dedicated to the Egyptian gods or to the people who invented this extraordinary drink. This one in particular represents Nut, the patron goddess of the sky.
How is Nut made?
The recipe for this blonde beer is the interpretation of an ancient recipe from the 1600s found in the abbey of the Certosa in Florence. It is a top-fermented beer, unfiltered and with natural refermentation in the bottle. It is made with water, barley malt, wheat, corn, rye and yeast.
Sight, nose, eye and palate
Nut is a fairly structured blonde beer in which citrus notes prevail.
What do you combine Nut with?
Ideal for an aperitif, it goes very well with raw fish, with vegetarian dishes based on artichokes or asparagus and with semi-aged cheeses, including goat's.
