Offida Pecorino DOCG Villa Angela 2017 Velenosi

The Offida Pecorino Villa Angela in Velenosi was born in vineyards located on the hills of Ascoli Piceno and Offida.

It is produced exclusively with Pecorino grapes, rigorously harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to preserve the aromas of the grapes to the maximum. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers at a temperature of 10 ° C with pumping over on the lees to enhance the softness of this wine.

Pecorino Villa Angela is characterized by a straw yellow color with bright golden reflections. The nose is fine and elegant, with hints of ripe yellow-paste fruits enriched with pleasant notes of broom flowers. It also presents herbaceous aromas and hints of sage and thyme, with a persuasive mineral closure. On the palate it is soft and fresh, with great roundness which leaves room for a surprising freshness and flavor. A wine with a great structure, it reveals a pleasant flavor.

Perfect to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, it is ideal in combination with shellfish and soups.
