Olio Extravergine di Oliva Casale del Giglio

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Casale del Giglio is obtained from olives harvested from proprietary olive groves, of the Sant'Agostino, Itrana and Frantoio varieties.

It is characterized by a medium fruity of high olfactory complexity, with herbaceous aromas mixed with hints of green almond, which are accompanied by pleasant notes of thistle and tomato, also perceptible in the gustatory phase. The mouth is perfectly balanced between bitter and spicy, with clear perceptions of balsamic tones and references to aromatic herbs.

Ideal for dressing pasta salads but also caprese based on buffalo mozzarella.
