Oltrepò Pavese Bonarda DOC Cesar 2021 La Costanza

The Oltrepò Pavese Bonarda DOC Cesar La Costanza wine represents one of the most characteristic wines of the Oltrepò Pavese, and is produced in the oldest vineyards of the company, from grapes harvested strictly by hand.

The Croatina and Uva Rara grapes are vinified with the traditional method with maceration and pumping over, to fix the color and extract the polyphenols. After a rest in steel, the wine referments in autoclave and acquires its characteristic sparklingness.

A pleasantly sparkling red, with an intense and characteristic aroma with fruity cadences of morello cherry and violet, which on the palate is naturally moved and delicate, with a tantalizing residual sugar.

Ideal for a dinner with friends, with tasty and rustic dishes such as cold cuts, pasta with sausage and mushroom ragout, grilled pork ribs.
