Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico Brut Nature DOCG 2013 Oltrenero

The Oltrepò Pavese Classic Method Pinot Nero Oltrenero Brut Nature of Tenuta Il Bosco was born in vineyards located on the hills of Zenevredo, in the province of Pavia.

It is obtained from a high selection of Pinot Noir grapes, manually harvested in small boxes. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging for 48 months on its lees.

The Oltrenero Brut Nature of Tenuta Il Bosco is characterized by a light straw yellow color with light golden reflections, a soft foam and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose is large and complex, with notes of bread crust, enriched by mineral sensations, rose and acacia flowers, followed by elegant notes of red fruits typical of the grape variety and a slight sweet hint of pastry. On the palate it is imposing and savory, with fresh citrus aromas and an enveloping finish that is slightly almond and toasted.

Perfect for appetizers, it is excellent as a sparkling wine throughout the meal.
