Oltrepò Pavese Metodo Classico DOCG Pinot Nero Brut Rosé Cruasé 2011 Tenuta Mazzolino
Description
The Oltrepò Pavese Classic Method Brut Rosé Cruasé of Tenuta Mazzolino was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Corvino San Quirico, in the province of Pavia.
It is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, harvested entirely by hand in small boxes. After a soft pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C. Follows the second fermentation by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging for at least 18 months on its lees.
The Cruasé of Tenuta Mazzolino is characterized by a light salmon pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and characteristic bouquet, with hints of rose, exotic fruit and pastry. On the palate it is fresh and soft, pleasantly delicate and balanced.
Perfect to serve fresh as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with appetizers, fish-based first courses and vegetarian dishes.
