Description
The Zephyr of Vinisola comes from vineyards located in the splendid stage of the island of Pantelleria.
It is produced exclusively with Zibibbo grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand in the first and second ten days of September. Fermentation with maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 20 ° C, for 24 - 72 hours. Subsequently the wine ages in steel for at least 6 months before being bottled.
The Zephyr of Vinisola is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with delicate hints of white flowers, enriched with notes of fresh fruit and almond. On the palate it is aromatic with an almondy, enveloping and persistent aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs, white meats, fish or vegetable dishes.
