Penedès DO Blanco Viña Esmeralda 2024 Torres

Viña Esmeralda by Familia Torres is a white wine from the Penedès denomination, obtained from a balanced blend of Moscatel and Gewürztraminer grapes. This wine comes from vineyards caressed by the Mediterranean breeze and surrounded by rose gardens, a symbol of the delicacy and perfume that characterize each bottle. It is a historic label that represents the aromatic elegance and distinctive freshness of the aromatic varieties grown near the Catalan coast.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C for about two weeks, in order to enhance the natural aromatic component of the grapes. The entire process takes place in the absence of oxygen to preserve the purity of the fruit. There are no passages in wood, so as to keep the varietal characteristics intact and obtain a fragrant and balanced wine.

It has a bright straw yellow color. The aromatic profile is intense and refined, with floral notes of rose and fruity hints of lychee. On the palate it is soft, seductive and harmonious, with a sweet and enveloping finish that recalls acacia honey.

Perfect with seafood appetizers, fish and patés, it also pairs well with Asian dishes.
