Description

Dr. Burklin's Riesling Wachenheimer originates in Pflaz, Germany.

It comes from vineyards cultivated according to a biodynamic agriculture method. In September the grapes are selected and harvested, then transported to the cellar and softly pressed. The must obtained is left to ferment in steel tanks at controlled temperature. It carries out a short passage in wood and is ready to be bottled.

At sight it is straw yellow. The nose reveals a perfume marked by fresh and crunchy fruit, such as green apple and white peach. The taste shows a great balance chiseled by a fresh and mineral sip. It closes in a fine persistence.

To be combined with a lasagna with artichokes.
