Description
The Pinot Noir of the Spellbound winery is a red wine produced in California.
The climate that affects the grapes depends on sunny days and cool nights which give the grapes a great aromatic fragrance and organoleptic harmony. After harvesting and fermentation, the wine ages in American and French oak for a short time before bottling.
Beautiful ruby red color tending to purplish, it is exuberant on the nose with cranberries, cherries and soft hints of vanilla and toasted coffee. On the palate it is delicate and harmonious, with perfectly integrated tannins and a refreshing and balanced acid texture. Long and complex finish.
Perfect to accompany curried pork and lamb, it lends itself for elegance to all red meat and game dishes.
