Description
Marquis D'Angerville's Pommard 1er Cru Combe Dessus originates in the very famous area of Pommard, within the Burgundy Cote D'Or.
It comes from the Premier Cru of the same name, the Combe Dessus, in which a Pinot Noir with exceptional quality qualities grows. The grapes, 100% Pinot Noir, are harvested by hand, destemmed and subjected to cold decantation. After aging in wood, new for 15%, the wine is bottled and then put on the market.
Ruby red in color, it has an incisive but elegant perfume, characterized by fruity red notes and delicate floral tones. A varied spicy kit revives and gives intensity to the nose. In the mouth, the acidity and tannin are composed, a precise frame for a full and tasty body.
To combine with a salmì hare.
