Prosecco Brut DOC Bio Valdo
Description
Valdo Bio is a Prosecco DOC sparkling wine obtained exclusively from Glera grapes from certified organic cultivation.
Once harvested, the bunches are subjected to soft pressing and sent to fermentation at controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place by fermentation in autoclave for 3 months, according to the Charmat method, followed by a period of aging in the bottle.
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It releases fruity and floral aromas on the nose that achieve perfect harmony. On the palate it is dry and balanced, pleasantly sapid, with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is recommended with risotto, fish and sashimi dishes.
