Description

Shine! is an explosion of Italian style, exuberant and irreverent, ready to break free and make an impression, impeccable on every occasion. It is not just a wine, but a unique meeting of winemaking and design, with a range of labels that express all the freshness and instant appeal of Prosecco DOC, which has now become a symbol of conviviality all around the world. Prosecco DOC is made with Glera grapes, the typical white grape variety of the area. The clusters are harvested slightly early to preserve the freshness essential for the sparkling base wines.

After gentle pressing, the free-run juice ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After brief aging, the wine is transferred to an autoclave where the second fermentation takes place according to the Martinotti or Charmat method.

In the glass, it appears straw yellow with greenish highlights and a fine perlage. The bouquet reveals floral notes, hints of citrus, and aromas of white-fleshed fruit. The sip is fresh, tense, and delicate, with a pleasantly savory finish.

Pair with seafood appetizers, first courses with vegetables.
