Description
Extra Dry Prosecco from the Twist line of Santero, largely consists of Glera grapes supported by other white grape varieties.
Fermentation takes place in the absence of maceration on the skins, then the sparkling process of 15-20 days is carried out in an autoclave according to the Charmat method. Refine in steel for 2-3 months.
Straw yellow, with a fine and constant perlage. It has a delicate and sweet aroma of fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it has a mineral, soft and velvety taste.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with light first courses, cheese and seafood appetizers.
