Description

The Tenute Salvaterra Extra Dry Prosecco comes from the vineyards of the company located at the foot of the Euganean Hills, in the province of Vicenza.

It is mainly obtained from Glera grapes and completed by Pinot Grigio grapes. The harvest is carried out by hand in late August and the grapes are subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C for about 15 days, after which it ages in steel tanks, stabilizing the characteristics of fruit and freshness.

This Prosecco has a beautiful straw yellow color. The nose has delicate and pleasing aromas of ripe yellow fruit. It is a wine with a good body on the palate, with a good structure and acidity, but at the same time soft and balanced.

Fresh and pleasant bubbles, it is perfect for an aperitif. It is also a good companion for entrée or delicious fish-based tastings.
