Description

The Prosecco Viaventi Dosaggio Zero by Masottina originates from the historic vineyards of the Dal Bianco Family, located in the province of Treviso. This sparkling wine is the result of an oenological project aimed at enhancing the purity of the territory through grapes of the highest quality, offering an authentic and elegant expression of the denomination, in a zero dosage version.

The vinification occurs using gravity at a controlled temperature between 15 and 18°C. The second fermentation and aging on the lees take place in autoclave for about 90 days with the use of selected yeasts at 13-14°C. This is followed by an additional month of aging before commercialization, ensuring a precise and well-defined taste profile.

With a bright straw yellow color, the wine presents a dense and persistent perlage. The aromatic profile is decisive and harmonious, with fruity notes of pear, citrus, and tropical fruit, accompanied by floral nuances of acacia and wisteria. On the palate, it reveals a balanced and fresh structure, with an elegant entry and a dry, clean, and savory finish.

Perfect to pair with raw crustaceans and delicate fish-based dishes.
