Description

Polvanera's Minutolo is a white wine made from pure Minutolo grapes, grown in the iron-rich red soils of the Crispiano area in Puglia. It comes from an aromatic native grape variety that is experiencing renewed appreciation, thanks to its fresh and intensely aromatic profile.

The grapes are mechanically harvested in the first ten days of September and gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by three months of aging in steel and two months in the bottle to preserve its freshness and enhance its complexity.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it reveals intense and delicate aromas of bergamot, banana, nectarine, green apple, chamomile, and hawthorn, with a delicate musky undertone. On the palate, it is aromatic, well-structured, with a fresh and savory streak that leads to a persistent finish in line with the olfactory sensations.

Served chilled, it is perfect paired with vegetable dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses.
