Description

The Puglia Malvasia Nera Sannace of the Coppi company was born in vineyards located on the hills of the Bari Murgia, in the heart of Puglia.

It is produced exclusively with Malvasia Nera grapes, harvested and selected manually in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, where it fully develops the characteristic varietal fruit. Subsequently the wine refines in steel and in the bottle the time necessary for the tannins to complete their evolution.

Sannace is characterized by a deep garnet red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with enveloping and pleasant fruity hints of pomegranate and raspberry. On the palate it is structured and soft, with good flavor and balance.

Ideal in combination with first courses and pizza, it perfectly accompanies cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
