Description
The Puglia Rosato Ametys of Cantine Miali was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Martina Franca, in the province of Taranto.
It is mainly produced with Primitivo grapes and Syrah grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with brief contact maceration on the skins, in steel at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for a short period in the same containers, before being bottled.
Miali 's Ametys has a bright and bright cherry pink color. The nose opens with fresh cherry aromas and small red fruits. In the mouth it is well structured and enveloping, with a fruity and persistent finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish soups and fresh cheeses.
