Puglia IGT Vino Frizzante Ruffiano 2015 Cantina Museo Albea

The Ruffiano di Albea Frizzy Wine comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Locorotondo and Martina Franca, in Puglia.

It is produced exclusively with Fiano di Puglia grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months in bottle, before being released on the market.

It is characterized by a greenish yellow color and a fine perlage. The nose opens with herbaceous and fruity notes, enriched by a pleasant mineral sensation. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with good balance.

Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling white wine is recommended as an accompaniment to fish-based appetizers.
