Description

It comes from one of the areas most suited to the finesse of Chardonnay, that of Puligny Montrachet in Burgundy of the Côte de Beaune.

It consists entirely of Chardonnay grapes, harvested from a 1.5-hectare vineyard parcel defined by chalky and limestone soil. It carries out both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and refines them for a period of 17 months.

Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose shows a trace of peach and a floral of broom, and then fades on a vague memory of licorice. On the palate it is fresh, citrine, punctuated by citrus notes reminiscent of lemon zests. Excellent body and solid structure. It persists in a ripe fruity memory.

To be combined with a seafood risotto.
