Description

This Puligny-Montrachet comes from the homonymous village of the Côte de Beaune, one of the most recognized for the production of excellent white wines based on Chardonnay grapes.

Vinification takes place entirely in oak barrels where malolactic fermentation is completed. Refine for 8-10 months in cask, new for 15%.

In the glass it is a beautiful pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. It has an ethereal and floral bouquet, accompanied by fresh hints of walnut. The tasting expresses an extraordinary tension and a vibrant freshness, played on delicious hints of oak.

It is perfect to accompany refined egg and savory pie recipes. Also recommended with seafood appetizers and fresh cheeses.
