Product details
Puligny-Montrachet AOC 2017 Etienne Sauzet
Description
A Puligny Montrachet vinified by the Domaine Suazet, in the Cote de Beaune.
It consists of Chardonnay grapes, coming assembled from 12 different parcels of the denomination area. The biodynamic certification ensures a natural approach in the vineyard as well as in the cellar, with the utmost respect for the environment and the vine. The wine remains to refine for 20% in new oak barrels for 12 months, while the remaining part stays in traditional oak barrels from 24 to 36 months.
Straw yellow in the glass. Intriguing aromas of citrus fruits, white peach and a herbaceous trace just mentioned, which chase with a spicy texture, rise. The entry of the mouth is fine and precise, tense yet of good and pleasant softness. It persists in a vanilla trail.
Ideal in combination with a grilled octopus.
