Quincy Les Glaneuses by Domaine du Cleray-Sauvion is a Sauvignon Blanc produced along the banks of the Cher, near Bourges and Melun sur Yèvre, in a region rich in history. These vineyards span 180 acres in the Quincy and Brinay areas, offering a wine that captures the essence of the terroir. The soils, characterized by sand and gravel, contribute to the liveliness and minerality of the Sauvignon Blanc.
Traditional winemaking is enriched by fermentation at controlled temperatures and aging in cuve on fine yeasts, techniques that intensify the bouquet of the wine.
It has a light yellow color with green reflections. On the nose, it offers a beautiful aromatic intensity, dominated by citrus notes. In the mouth, it is fresh and highly aromatic, showing remarkable elegance and finesse.
It pairs beautifully with grilled fish dishes, paella or an assortment of cheeses. Thanks to its ability to complement these flavors it is ideal for special occasions or to enjoy a moment of daily pleasure.
