Description

Rioja Nivei di Nivarius is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Nalda, in the heart of the autonomous region of Rioja.

It is produced with Tempranillo Blanco and Viura grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. The fermentation, separated for each variety, takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After assembly, the wine ages for 2 months on its lees before being bottled.

Nivarius ' Nivei has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense aromas of white flowers, accompanied by citrus, apricot and peach notes. In the mouth it is initially dry and well structured, evolving towards freshness and balance.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany appetizers, white meats, fish and vegetable dishes.
