Rioja DOC Nivei Semidulce 2015 Nivarius

Rioja Nivei Semidulce di Nivarius comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Nalda, in the heart of the autonomous region of Rioja.

It is produced with Viura, Tempranillo Blanco, Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place at controlled low temperature, interrupted, with separation of the wine from its yeasts. After rigorous micro-filtration, clarification and bottling take place, leaving a residual sugar content that corresponds to that of the grape itself.

It has a bright straw yellow color with greenish hints. The nose opens with intense hints of pineapple, enriched by slight nuances of white flowers. On the palate it is easy to drink, sweet and fresh, with an aftertaste characterized by fruity and syrup notes.

Ideal in combination with fruit and desserts.
