Description
Rossese di Dolceacqua di Maccario Dringerberg was born in vineyards located in San Biagio della Cima, a small village in the province of Imperia.
It is produced exclusively with Rossese grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with a slow maceration. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers, before being bottled.
This Rossese di Dolceacqua is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with a fresh, fruity and floral bouquet, with hints of sweet violet, enriched with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is elegant, with a fresh structure and a rich finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and game, it is ideal in combination with roasts and stews.
